"I just want a pet"
I often get e-mails from people looking to add a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to their households. More often than not, the writer specifies that he wants ‘just a pet,’ so he doesn’t want to pay a lot of money for a puppy.
 
Each Ablazin Cavaliers puppy was bred to be a show dog but not all are destined for the show ring. This does not make the pup any less valuable. Show dog breeders take their breeding programs very seriously. It takes a lot of time, energy, effort and money to breed dogs well.
 
Being a labor of love, one that does not end when a puppy is sold, but continues when the puppy is placed with a family. I do occasionally have pet or show puppies and adults available to responsible loving homes. Pet puppies are placed with restricted AKC registration and a spay/neuter contract.
